I've lived at Fireside Apartments in Waukee for over two years. The reason I'm giving three stars instead of five comes down to one person: the outgoing property manager, Trang. Throughout my time here, Trang twice attempted to have my service animal removed without ever hearing my side or conducting a proper investigation. She didn't take the time to understand my situation or why I have a service animal.
