Absolutely love living here! I would recommend these apartments to everyone. The leasing staff is amazing, super helpful, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions. The amenities are great, everything is always super clean, and the whole place has a really welcoming and friendly vibe. The apartments are very spacious and new as you can see by my pictures. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience and honestly have zero complaints. Easily the best apartments in the area!!
Fireside at Waukee is absolutely exquisite! I am overjoyed with my apartment—it truly feels like a dream come true for a plant enthusiast like me. The community offers a stunning courtyard that serves as a serene oasis, along with an impressive entertainment hall perfect for hosting gatherings. I've lived here since the fall of 2024. The management staff are great to deal with. They are super knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoy all the amenities. I can't wait for the pool to open this summer.

Shianna was very patient and there with me throughout the process . On the day of moving I was suppose to pick up the key at 9 a.m. but I couldn’t make it at that time due to the long driving and stopping for gas.
