Great location! It's so quiet around here love my apartment. Matinence does a great job when your needing somtbing fixed. Property Manager is great also. If your looking for a place come and join us you will love it also!
Newly renovated, I love my apartment. Pool Is outside walking distance to Murry’s, Flyover, 1839 TAPHOUSE and tons of other things. Perfect Southside location. Great lighting that kicks on every night, and cameras on premise make it very safe.
Fantastic renovations. Location is ideal. Close to Murrys tap house and gerbes. Quality management that personally took great care of my sister. 5*.
Cannot BEAT the location!!!!! Walk to Murry's, Tap House - the football stadium- Newly renovated and spacious!! Just all you could ask for!!! Would be fabulous for Mizzou Student Athletes- they could all stay in one building.... and still be so close to campus - Awesome complex
