I had a leak for 14 months, talking to the owner I was told too bad. The ceiling fell in on me while I was taking a shower. I also paid my rent on time every month for three years and when my lease was up I wanted a one bedroom and they told me NO!! Being disabled having stores nearby was helpful unlike them. The motel next door is a meth haven so they gravitate over and destroy things. DO NOT RENT THERE!!!
