Called to get question asked about gas line repair especially since new home owner and not sure about repair on gas line by ignition. Not open, not a very good part of town
Contacted them for an estimate to replace pipe work for a wood burning stove. Wanted all new materials and brought up to code. Made the appt, a rep came.. never heard back from them.. after a few weeks of trying to call and never getting a rerurn call. I gave up. Waa obvious my business wasnt wanted. Very poor customer service. Would NOT Recommend this horrible company at all!
Brandon was very efficient, answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely call them again if needed.
