Not open, not a very good part of town
Contacted them for an estimate to replace pipe work for a wood burning stove. Wanted all new materials and brought up to code. Made the appt, a rep came.. never heard back from them.. after a few weeks of trying to call and never getting a rerurn call. I gave up. Waa obvious my business wasnt wanted. Very poor customer service. Would NOT Recommend this horrible company at all!
Brandon was very efficient, answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely call them again if needed.
Brandon and Bobby came today to clean and start my gas fireplace for the season. There was good communication about the appointment, they arrived on time, and worked diligently to clean every spot inside the fireplace insert, and they even cleaned the screen! Brandon answered all my questions, and of course, got the fireplace started beautifully. These gentlemen are both professional and conscientious, and I highly recommend Fireplace Plus.
