We went in on a Saturday and were helped right away. We wanted a very specific grill which would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. The grill came in at around 2 weeks from order and was assembled for us. They even helped us load it in the truck! Very impressed with the service we received!
Customer service here is horrendous!! After walking around the entire store and trying to purchase something I finally just walked out. Employees are fully unaware of your presence. Will never purchase from this store! I highly recommend for people to look elsewhere when looking for green eggs, patients furniture, or to that matter anything this store sales!
Drove to Fireplace Superstore from Ankeny just to find the doors locked at 3:30 p.m. on a Monday. Since I could see people inside, I walked back to my car and called. I was told they were only answering phones today and were closed because the roads were bad this morning and only two employees could make it in. I understand this, however no sign on the door or notice on a website that that was the case. Besides, the roads were all clear by this time. Hi Jeanette, We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the inclement weather that day, we had to close with very short notice. Two associates came in only to answer phones to inform customers that we would not be opened and answer any basic questions customers had but were not equipped to open store. We would greatly appreciate if you gave us another try to help you with your patio and fireplace needs.
