I ordered a fireplace front in August. I never received it. I kept calling and asking what the problem was. They gave me lame excuses such as there was a hurricane and a flood!! They kept saying it would be delivered in 2 weeks but it never happened. I had to keep on top of this cuz they didn’t do anything. Never called me about it. Didn’t seem to care at all. I will never shop there again!

Oh gee, maybe not have attitude with a replacement part especially when I have an email from the BGE corporate that said I wouldn't have any problems getting this replaced through this store. Do yourself a favor and DON'T shop here.

Our sales rep was TOP notch and wanted to buy from her. Sales managers comments after simply asking for a discount turned us off. Purchased online from a different vendor
�� I bought a Weber grill with a bunch of accessories that are typically hard to find. They had most of it all in stock and the rest came in much quicker than I expected. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Great people to work with. Highly recommend!
Deceptive sales practices. Avoid this store. Wanted to buy a patio set that was on-sale, was told it had been sold already and would need to be a special order at regular price. We ordered it with a 4-6 week delivery date. Then they called the next day and said the patio set was in and we could take delivery. Shady..
