My insurance company sent me a letter I notice to cancel with only 30 days to address the concern. I am working out of the country and needed to get my chimney cleaned. The cleaner (who came 18 days after notice from the insurance arrived) discovered I needed a brand new fireplace insert and suggested I call Fireplace Grills & More. I am SO glad I called Fireplace Grills & More to request a chimney cleaning! Felix quoted a price over the phone that was the final price with no hidden costs or add-ons. Matt arrived early after calling to be sure it would be ok. He was polite, congenial, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that our house stayed clean and our furniture was moved safely out of harms way.
