I've bought several wood stoves and a gas stove from Fireplace Corner. I have nothing but good to say about this business - products and service. Their care in installation is excellent - and no deceptive sales tactics - which I've certainly seen in other similar businesses. What they tell you - you can put in the bank!
Really enjoyed working with this team on a new construction project. Easy to work with, great communication and percent dedicated to getting it done right on budget.
We have dealt with the Fireplace Corner for a few years now and they have always been awesome. They are very customer focused, are honest and always willing to answer any questions. They just know their stuff and seem reasonably priced. Thad was recently at our house in Silver Bay for repairs and did an awesome job. Highly recommend these folks.
I shopped around, they were competitively priced. Not over priced, not great savings. The staff were knowledgeable. They were very direct, not too much razzle dazzle, and I liked it.
Bought a Green mountain pellet grill on line from the BBQ Guys. Started have issues with the grill so I emailed BBQ guys customer support and could not get any help . Called Fireplace corner knowing they sell this grill and AL went out of his way to help, he was in contact with the sales rep and was able to find the problem .We are now able to grill again Thank you again for all your help
