This supposedly "LUXURY COMMUNITY" is far from it trust me... they are deceiving. I just move into a supposedly brand new unit and the condo is literally falling apart. Brand new yea right.. everything is broken from my plumbing,heat,a/c condo fixtures and the list goes on.. From the kids playing constantly from sunrise to sundown, where are these kids parents? This is the WORSTcondo community in the Las Vegas valley. The complex was bought from a bankrupt builder and therefore the ammenities are a complete joke. The pool is miniature and surrounded by a few weeds. There are several unfinished building sites that the pool/balconys overlook (i.e. dusty dirt lots with pipes and wires sticking out). Bad service; shady leasing practices; awful neighbors and no covered parking. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL – These apartments are TERRBILE!!!!! The pool is open 24 hours and is noisy from 10 pm to 4 am every night. No consideration for those who who may be sleeping. Don't bother complaining - management won't do anything - Even when the gate to the pool is broken off the hinges to let those who don't live here in, girls are running around without their tops, people are having "relations" in the hot tubs and during the day the pool is filthy and the area smells like weed.
