We bought a new condo in Willowick and needed to make it accessible for my husband Mike who suffers from M.S. and is in a motorized wheelchair. Joey, Ray and all the crew at Firenza Stone solved all our challenges and created a beautiful bathroom (Wet Room) as well as other major changes that have made living in our new home so comfortable and safe. Their attention to details was over the top and Joeys leadership and “Get the Job Done” attitude made the whole process smooth and quick. We can’t Thank them enough!

I stopped in yesterday to look for new counter tops. There was only 1 other customer in the whole place. I was there for approximately 15 min and was never approached by an associate for assistance. A man at a desk said "hi" to me when I walked in. I purposely walked past said man several times to see if he would offer any assistance and he did not.
