Everything I have gotten here has been delicious and staff is always so friendly
Terrible to go to get a piece of cake and end up with a bad impression of a former favorite - the guava coconut. It is not fresh, it was cold and crunched into a plastic container. Cannot enjoy what looks like such poor attention and very little care. While the pie orders get fresh pies - the cakes are there window dressing. They went to the fridge to take out a “fresh” piece of cake. Yuk. Does not reflect the price point. Do better Derek.
It’s was fine I guess. But for an almost $7 cookie I expected better. The service also wasn’t great. We let her know that we would try to cookie before ordering my more. She went to the back which is fine. But then took 10 minutes to come back for us to order a very mid $10 brownie. They say it’s a must have. I think it’s ok.
