They do not take care of their patients. They just totally give up on them. Do not go there and expect to get taken care of. The doctor is hard to get into see. The worst counseling center ever. Please listen to us this is a horrible place. The Amherst office super or manager is so rude and does not even care either. The only person that actually cared was the case manager. They don't even deserve a star .I highly suggest you not to take your children here ever. They do not provide the service that they're supposed to! Their Psychiatry Department sucks! They messed up keep on writing prescriptions that my son has a reaction to. And they're aware of it as well. They love to argue with you . Nothing that comes out of their mouth is the truth. This place lies to you to get your money! I was in a really bad place and needed help and they completely took advantage of me. They told me my insurance was going to cover 100% of their services and then when the program was over they sent me a bill for 1000 dollars. They are a bunch of scam artists who prey on weak addicts and alcoholics. AA helped me so much more than these fraudulent trashy people ever did, and AA is free!
