RecommendedI just had a c-section last Wednesday and was there until Saturday afternoon. The nurses were absolutely amazing and so helpful especially since I’m a first time mom. I can’t tell them enough how much I appreciate everything they did for us during our stay 🙂
Their communication sucks. I over paid on a bill for my son. Never notified of overpayment until months later. They wait 2.5 months to respond to questions, but want their money ASAP. I scheduled payments ahead of time, but accidentally clicked an old card for the last payment. Never was notified the payment was declined. I was notified when a lady called with an attitude. Poor customer service. The healthcare system sucks.

RecommendedAbsolute best place to take your sick littles! Everyone was so sweet! Got us in quickly and the CNP, Peggy was awesome! Told us to call her anytime my little ones symptoms got worse! The nurses were all helpful and kind! I recommend this Urgent Care 100%!! Thank you all for being so caring!
The reason this is because they said when I was in the ER when I was dehydrated they said it won’t hurt a bit and I was screaming bloody murder
Went in to the ER and a lady by the name of Vicki came out to get me was beyond rude and unprofessional. So as we talked about what happen and what was wrong she was beyond snotty about it. Now I know why people tell me this place is just a ban aid factory because thats all they do and are unprofessional about they people they say they take care of this women should be walked out.
