No one here cares AT ALL. I've had to call the highest person just to get my medication and even she has a bad attitude. All of a sudden the nurse doesn't work on Mondays and I am now out of my medication for the second time because their communication is absolute garbage. They don't even do confirmation calls. What kind of company is this? I'm highly convinced that they just hire anybody who applies to work here you don't have to have any qualifications whatsoever.
It’s been a really, really long time since I attended counseling here, and I haven’t had such an awful experience with any behavioral health providers before or since. The ‘counselor’ (Shannon, I think? She may have moved on by now) was cold and awkward. No empathy, no genuine concern, no support. We sat and colored at a table and then we’d go outside where members of the group would talk about getting drunk as soon as they left group. Just a total joke. Recommendedlike anywhere else it takes you wanting to get better for it to work but everyone at the center became my rock until I did not need them anymore but I know they will always be there for me.
Worst hospital in the entire area!!! Wouldnt take a dying dog there. And anybody and everyone I ever meet or talk to will know how awful this hospital is!!!
RecommendedI had a baby the day after Easter at TBH. Very very very well taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for better care. From nurses to doctors. I have no complaints at all. I loved the nurses and appreciate what they do very very much.
I went to ER 3 different times with the same horrible pain. I was misdiagnosed 3 times. admitted for 2 and half days, then realsed with no answers. my doctor for my test results and my gallbladder needs to come out ASAP , and should have been taken out over a week ago when I was admitted.
RecommendedPreregistration made visit quick and easy. Nurses are the best.
