It’s been a really, really long time since I attended counseling here, and I haven’t had such an awful experience with any behavioral health providers before or since. The ‘counselor’ (Shannon, I think? She may have moved on by now) was cold and awkward. No empathy, no genuine concern, no support. We sat and colored at a table and then we’d go outside where members of the group would talk about getting drunk as soon as they left group. Just a total joke. Recommendedlike anywhere else it takes you wanting to get better for it to work but everyone at the center became my rock until I did not need them anymore but I know they will always be there for me.
The professionals at FCRS are very caring and compassionate!
Absolutely horrible experience. No one was helpful or supportive. Didn't assign me a case manager for three months. Psychiatrist was incredibly rude and disrespectful.
This place lies to you to get your money! I was in a really bad place and needed help and they completely took advantage of me. They told me my insurance was going to cover 100% of their services and then when the program was over they sent me a bill for 1000 dollars. They are a bunch of scam artists who prey on weak addicts and alcoholics. AA helped me so much more than these fraudulent trashy people ever did, and AA is free! Don't ever go to this place for help with an addiction because they will con you into thinking your... read more
