Terrible wash and the most rude employees ever - I was told that they don't "f-ing advertise wheel well cleaning"! Wow, I thought this was a car wash and you are standing there holding a hose................so, what do you do then? I have never been cussed out before as a customer and will never return - that place needs new management, new employees, and a car wash that washes cars! They are the pits!

I went through the $13.00 premium wash, came out happy, until I looked at the front of my Jeep!! Returned and was treated with respect by very courteous young men who put me back through again... I'll never go anywhere else to have my Jeep washed again. I'd have expected less if I'd have paid less like I have gotten and settled for at other places. Love this place!

My car was still dirty after this and there were scratches all over my hood. Don't go here.
We paid for our car wash and our car was still dirty after the wash. They would not rewash it because we bought the $5 wash. FireHouse is usually always kind and understanding. She was rude and could careless about their service. We will never go again! This is car wash!! Clean cars should be a guarantee! �
