Their brushes broke my side mirror. They replaced it after a hassle with no "I'm sorry" or any other compensation. And they never let you know when they're closed during business hours.
RecommendedMy husband and I recently switched over to Firehouse and have been blown away by the results. There is a noticeable difference in the experience at Firehouse compared to other competitors in town. My husband loves to keep our cars clean so we opted for the unlimited packages, especially with winter and the mag chloride in colorado! Thank you Firehouse for keeping our cars clean and providing excellent service all around.
After following their explicit instructions to put car in neutral, hands off steering wheel, feet off brake, my car was hit front and back in a four car “pile up”. This was caused of course by their staff stacking cars so close, and their automated equipment. Owners /mgmt are refusing responsibility, telling me to file a police report and send my insurance company after the driver who touched their brake!!! Don’t risk your vehicle and safety by patronizing this dangerous and uncaring business.
While your vehicle is under their control, your car is wrecked. They claim no responsibility - where is it posted that my car being under your control makes me responsible?!
we got egged and they went above and beyond to make sure it got cleaned off our car.
Love this place. Always cleans my car well, I have a monthly pass so it makes it super easy to clean everyday on my way home.
