Today was nothing short than great. Upon walking in Jade and Audrey were so sweet and in great spirit despite the AC not working. I was very pleased with the laughter and conversation while working, I had my family with me and they had smiles on everyone's face. It was just the kindness that was displayed not only to my family but the other guests that came in as well. A raise sounds like a great gesture to keep good people.
I just went there tonight everything was exceptional no problems at all great experience. Everybody in the store.was busy doing something. I was concerned after reading some of these past comments. Keep up the good work
Came to this location with a few friends for my birthday and it was quite literally so hot in there we had to take it back home. Was told that the AC was broken and I feel TERRIBLE for the employees. We went at 6 pm so I cannot imagine their experience at 2pm. We’re in a heatwave and it’s insane that anyone is allowed in here.
This AC doesn’t work and with the grills and the heat wave outside, it’s uncomfortable to be inside. I can’t imagine working here. I would think this is unsafe work conditions. Apparently it’s been this way for months. The owner should be ashamed. The workers were so nice though. I personally wouldn’t have come into work so I’m just thankful they did, despite the conditions
