Got back to my hotel and my sandwich wasn't even toasted. I asked for no onions, and no ranch and the girl put onions and ranch on my sub anyway. Thank God I wasn't allergic to them. I guess food safety and reading isn't trained. My sub was completely wrong, and it shouldn't have been since they wasn't busy at all. I like firehouse subs but I won't go back to this location.
