I got food poisoning from the mayonnaise
Made a pick up order. Went to go pick up food, and the food was ready, but there’s a sign on the pickup shelf that says that chips and cookies are in the bag, and all you need to do is grab your drink, so that’s what I went with. But turns out, the chips were not in the bag. Why have a sign reassuring customers that that’s taken care of if the workers aren’t going to do so? Food and service was great.
This is the best Firehouse I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to A LOT). I really enjoyed when Jack took my order, and Brie made a BUSSING sandwich. Vibes are so good we decided to eat there instead of taking our food to go. That was some great hospitality.
