My husband wanted a sandwich and I wanted soup. The 1st time I called I didn't get an answer. The other 3 times I called to find out what kind of soup they offered today ended up being a complete fail. I was hung up on by a Non - English understanding or speaking Firehouse team member. She explained the best she could that she didn't speak Engish. I was never offered assistance from another team member and each time she hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. I called the Firehouse location 4 times. I just wanted to ask what soups they offered tonight before I placed an order. The 1st time I didn't get an answer after the phone rang over 6 times. I attempted 3 more times and I was hung up on by a SPANISH SPEAKING ONLY woman.
