The restaurant was packed with customers, and the food was delicious, BUT 1 the employees what's a bit rude.
Staff greeted me “Welcome to FH!” as I came in I asked about my online order, Julianne assisted me, I found out I had ordered at a different location! Beware online orders…there are two FH subs on Capital Circle NW! Julianna was so sweet and patient ! She helped me file a refund request thru support online, then quickly took my order, made my subs and walked my order to my car for me (I was on crutches)!
