Friday August 15, 2025 worse service ever, some one needs to through training again. Ya gonna loose more customers in future I’ll still go to firehouse but not this store on apalachee parkway in tallahassee

Another great experience at Firehouse Subs! The food was delicious as always—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The employee taking my order was new, but she gave it her best effort and was courteous throughout. It was great to see the manager step in right away to support her and ensure everything went smoothly. That kind of teamwork and proactive leadership really stood out. I appreciate the consistent quality of both the food and the service here. Definitely recommend this location!
