the food was pretty good, but prices and wait were outrageous. I just paid $14 for an 8" sub with only steak cheese and mayo, and it came with a small drink and brownie. I didn't remove any toppings, this was how it is on the menu, and took 20 min to get. I was expecting at least a 10" sub and a large drink, and I'm pretty sure the picture had onions and peppers like a steak n cheese does nearly everywhere else.
I ordered using Uber Eats, and I was waiting for around ~40 mins to get my order. But the place cancelled my order. Not Uber Eats or the Delivery Driver, the Firehouse Subs cancelled my order. Guys! Please don’t make me wait that long if you’re going to cancel. I like your food, please don’t do it again.
