WAITED 24 minutes for 2 regular menu subs 🤯 We LOVE Firehouse Subs, however, today was the WORST! Went in and ordered 2 subs at 2:57pm. Did not get our food until 3:17pm!!! Not to mention during this wait, 2 employees went into each bathroom and just chilled on the toilet watching videos For about 9min because I stood outside the door waiting to use the restroom. Bathrooms were gross, restaurant was dirty, but the food was good. Better be after 24min wait!!!
