Since I ordered on the app, the food was ready as soon as I walked into the store. It was perfectly made--perhaps the best Hook & Ladder I've ever had.
Subs were delicious as always
The 3 young girls up front were so kind and energetic. They made sure I got everything I needed for my order before I left. Definitely appreciate the breath of fresh air after a long day at work!
My daughter and I had a girls day out today. We both love Firehouse and have always had great food and service until today. We ordered the French dip and the Italian sub also 2 orders of fries. Three employees were working not one employee greeted us or had any interaction with the other guests that came in. Our order was missing the fries so we ask about them and had to wait till 4 other guests recieved their food before she gave us the fries.
