Ordered 3 of the new chicken Honey melts. All three sandwiches were missing the peppers and onions. If you dont have the ingrediants, 86 the item or at least inform the customer. Sandwiches were also stone cold. I doubt they were even toasted. Online ordering was deactivated. I will come back to give a better review if this place inproves thier service.
first time here and not impressed. Ordered a few subs and French fries to go- when checking the bag noticed no fries no problem when in and they gave us the fries. Next a veggie sub was ordered told them exactly what I wanted, when I got home noticed the veggie sub had cheese, I told them no cheese, added mushrooms told them no mushrooms. they need to listen to what the customer is asking for which they did not. I don't think I would go back here. very disappointed and not able to eat the veggie sub.
