I had a great experience during my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I was going to work, and stopped by here to get the sandwich. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. I ordered the Hook & Ladder sandwich, and I would highly recommend trying it — it was delicious and made perfectly. I would also like to shoutout to the girl working there who helped me choose and customize the best sandwich. She was very kind and happily added extra toppings to make it exactly how I wanted. Great flavor, reasonable prices, goo dmenu choices. Subs here a little "WET". Unfortunately the app provides no way to reduce wet ingredients.

What has happened to Firehouse Subs? The last several visits over the last few months have been terrible and we will not return. The food quality and quantity have drastically decreased. Most recently, we ordered takeout for 6 people and NO ONE got the extras they ordered, even though they were paid for and clearly on the receipt. That is over $15 of food purchased and not provided in the last order alone, yet the restaurant just told us to give them another try instead of making the orders right or refunding the money.
