We arrived at this Firehouse Subs at 8:25 pm on 10/19, well before their posted closing time of 9:00 pm. There were four customers ahead of us, and the employees already seemed frustrated. One worker at the register told us, “I want y’all to know that all of your sandwiches have to be made to go,” in a very unfriendly tone — even though we were planning to take them to go anyway. Matt was excellent to work with for a group of 28! The food was excellent, accurate, and the staff was very efficient.

My fiance and I just went out for lunch. My order was a medium sub with just chicken, lettuce, and cheese on wheat. My fiance got a large turkey bacon ranch with turkey subbed out for chicken on wheat as well. Got home sat down and started eating. We both got 3/4 of the way through out subs and if it wasnt for my fiance sub rolling over on its side on his plate we would have never noticed the mold on the bottom side of his sub.
