The subs are amazing, the service is normally outstanding, but one specific crew is making me go to other firehouse subs instead. The problem is past 6 pm when I go it’s a coin flip between getting a competent crew that has everyone’s subs ready upon picking it up for everyone or a crew protesting their ownership and intentionally giving the customers a bad experience.
