I love Firehouse but this store was not my usual experience. They were out of white bread, almost out of meatballs at noon, the store was a bit dirty and had crumbs on tables and the counter, the cashier had lots of face tattoos and piercings, blue and green hair and kept constantly swaying back and forth while we ordered.

First time trying Firehouse, it was great. I got a meatball sub and it was delicious. Got in and out real fast.
Nice clean place. There’s no customer service. We did a mobile order and went in and waited by the spot and no one helped us. We had to stand at the counter and get someone’s attention. Even then the worker barely look up at me. The food was ok. It wasn’t hot even though we order it toasted. We ordered extra of the sliced pickle on the side and they gave us none.
