Super slow. Uncaring staff in the back. Doesn’t look like they’ve been trained very well. Unprofessional. I’m the only one waiting and I’ve been here a while and they’re just back there joking around. Pretty frustrating. Won’t be back.
No change at register, management standing around instead of helping. 2nd review, this place has improved alot. Guy running the register is a great help. Staff seems more polite and get order right the 1st time.
Worst staff of any Firehouse Subs I've ever been to. (And Im a fan of Firehouse). Zero customer service, main cash registers closed during primary hours (5pm on a Monday) after no one came to counter for me to order finally found someone to tell me I had to yell across the kitchen to the drive thru worker to order. Then out of two sandwiches that we ordered, one was completely wrong. The thing is on the one that was wrong we ordered bread, roast beef and lettuce and explicitly nothing else. Waited 40 minutes for three sandwiches. The drive through was being prioritized over inside orders. Only two employees working the store. August 4th at 12:00
