I loved it it was amazing service was great definitely going back
I ordered on the app but it went to the wrong store. Firehouse does not let you call the store to cancel or cancel through the app. I couldn't get to the correct store before close. I told them the issue and the just made my food. Solid people working there! They deserve all the praise!
Well, I gave sorry upper management of Firehouse, the pathetic franchise owner and GM of this location plenty of time to respond. They don't need money and so after my last trip with rude 20 year olds I won't be back. They were too incompetent to let me use my rewards points and took it out by making the messiest sandwiches possible. So I'll be finding another location, spending the rest of my rewards then having my account completely closed out.
