Ordered on line. When I went to pick up order about 6pm, door was locked and lights were off, although “Open” sing in window was on. Waited about five minutes before giving up. Gave feed back to Firehouse corporate and also called store later. Owner was not there but I left message about issue and phone number. An employee told me they had been having problems with night shift locking the door and not answering. Have contacted Firehouse corporate three times and not heard from owner.
