Ordered on line. When I went to pick up order about 6pm, door was locked and lights were off, although “Open” sing in window was on. Waited about five minutes before giving up. Gave feed back to Firehouse corporate and also called store later. Owner was not there but I left message about issue and phone number. An employee told me they had been having problems with night shift locking the door and not answering. Have contacted Firehouse corporate three times and not heard from owner. Staff was friendly and I got what I ordered
I ordered a sandwich online to pick up on my way to work. When I got there my order wasn't there and the girl working just said it didn't come through. I showed her my receipt and she just stared at me and said it didn't come through. I said well can I atleast get my money back. She said I'd have to go thru the app to get my money back. I have a very important job that I work 12 hours a night at and can not leave to go get food. So tonight I guess I'll just go without. But I'm not going to let this go. I'm tired of incompete... read more
