No idea what’s happened with this location. They abruptly changed their app availability, and then removed their chicken option online. Then the chicken wasn’t the same as all other firehouse locations - but rather chicken chunks coated in a weird flavoring. You can’t order online most days and they STILL don’t have the correct chicken or even have the option on their app! Used to be a frequent customer at this location but no longer.

First time at Firehouse and we were looking forward to trying their steak and cheese so we were xsappointed they didn't have steak ttoday. But, the staff was super friendly, especially the older lady.

Not open!! Web site says it is but no one is ever there. Took my money too can't get it back cause cooperate not taking phone calls. avoid at all cost. Had to edit because wanted to update it's been 5 days no one at the store

I had placed an online pickup order when the store was closed for system issues. This is several weeks ago and I have repeatedly reached out to customer service to get a refund (at least 4 times) and still have not received one. Any online orders placed after the store closed should have been automatically refunded the next day knowing that none of those customers received that product. I have never been contacted by the store or refunded. Very poor service.
