The last few times I have been here, equipment is broken, like the soda machine, and The point of sale system loses orders.

Super annoyed! The firehouse subs by my house is closed, and this is the only location reasonably close to me left (within 30 minutes). This is second time I’ve tried to order online from this location now and they’re always closed now too whenever I order! Granted both times I’ve tried ordering from this store it’s been close to 8pm, but their site and Google say they are open until 9pm so I don’t know why my orders always keep getting canceled now due to the store closing early at 8pm.
