Ordered online and received confirmation. Payment was taken out of my account. I showed up at 8pm and the lights were off and the door locked. Hours show open until 9pm. Tried calling and went to voicemail where the mailbox was full. No sign on the door saying closed for any reason. Of course last time I showed during the hours they showed open they were closed with a sign saying closed because of software issues. Still have not received a refund. I have never been to Firehouse subs so I thought I would try it. Placed order online, conformation came back to me that order was received, payment was taken out. When I arrive to pick the order up they are Closed. I Called the number on the board and it went to voicemail, with the mailbox full, went thru the system generated to contact them and the system states this issue has been resolved. Nice, we made a drive over an hour for an event and planned to eat at this Firehouse in St Charles. Online hours indicate they were open, then we get there and find a sign saying "sorry closed today". I suggest you update your online hours next time.
I placed my order online, was charged for my sandwich, drove to the location, and the doors were LOCKED. during open hours. light off, doors locked. i tried calling the location and was given the “mailbox is full” message. Absolutely unacceptable, and I have not been refunded.
Ordered online for pickup and I went to go in and they’re closed, can’t call them because their voicemail is full and I paid $30 for our food.
