We walked in at 8:15, to one team member greeting us as they rose from a table in the front, the second team member then also greeted us and asked if we were here to place an order to which we replied yes, and were told the restaurant was closed and had been since 8...we drove across town on our way home to get dinner to find out that every posting online just must be wrong saying they close at 9.
Ordered, went to get drink and they were out of ice and sweet tea. I told the next customer that if he wanted sweet tea, neither of the containers were sweet, both were totally unsweet. The other customer told them he wanted a refund for the combo because they didn’t have ice or sweet tea. The guy said just give me a few minutes. I've been going to this location for years. Food has always been great. Service has had its ups and downs. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to this location.
