This store use to be the BEST! It’s is in shambles! People are complaining that work there, the customers are waiting ridiculous amount of time, orders are wrong. The black guy that is the manager spoke rudely to one of his employees in front of us today and I walked out. He is not a leader! Sincerely, previous longtime customer.
Came in for a lunch date with my husband because he has been talking about the Thanksgiving Sub! lol and while yes, it was good... great even, it was very skimmpy. Nothing like the pictures/videos, etc that brought us in. Now, I have called the store twice with no answer (at non peak hours), because the lady taking our order was clearly new, and asking for help basically everytime we spoke. I am very angry because you’re supposed to be able to go into the firehouse sub and get your free sub that way but no they change it where you have to order on the app and you don’t get it free. You have to pay for it and my mom tried to get one her birthday free in August and we couldn’t get it and the manager was rude It’s ridiculous.
