Jonah and Brittney were awesome. We could get the app to work right and they were super helpful!
First walked in. Place is filled completely full of smoke. Like really... then when I asked the man to scann my app for the rewards. He decided it was better for me to go on my phone and do it myself. Then after getting my drink I asked for a lid and they was like when we get to it. Another words. Store wasn't stocked, the floor was dirty and they acted like we was bothering them ordering food. Will not come back or refer anyone.
There is no other dub sandwich that is even close to Firehouse. It is head and shoulders above all the rest.
The food was amazing!! Jonah made my so so day a good end to my day! You never know what someone is going through but it was almost like he knew! Thanks again!
