Great deli restaurant. Generous portions of meats on my sub. Pleasant people working there. All in all a good experience.
Amazing food, terrible customer service. Veggie sandwich always a 10/10. Today I ordered garlic butter for the first time thinking it went on top (it doesnt) I called for them to make note of me not receiving the garlic butter (which they did) I then received a call 5 min later being accused of lying saying they rewatched the tapes, yelled over me, & continued to respond in a hostile manner & I the CUSTOMER had to calm the situation & asked if he could clarify where the butter actually goes.
