I ordered a hook and ladder to be picked up at 1:30. When I got there my sandwich wasn't made yet. When I placed my order online. I said that didn't want cheese,tomatoes, onions, or mayo on it. When I got home there was tomatoes, onions and mayo on it. I didn't eat the sub. I gave it to my wife. So the people who work there can't read. Everytime that I place an order online it is never ready when I go to pick it up. I am never going back there ever again.

My online order was ready a few minutes early and they helped me the moment I entered the store with getting my drinks.
