I ordered online with my points and money on 9/11. I arrived to the store and they were closed for a water issue. I drive back to my hotel (I'm on vacation) and I call in 2 days and they tell me to call back the next day (when I'm back home) to speak to the manager. I call again and they say they can't give me my money back unless I go into the store and give them my card but somehow they can TAKE my money online????
