Usually have an okay experience here, but not this time. I mobile ordered a large Hook & Ladder, I am lactose intolerant so specifically put no cheese, i also requested no onions, extra deli mustard, and an extra pickle spear on the side. I got not a single one of those requests, didn’t even get a pickle 😂. I’m sorry, but if i’m paying $16 for a sandwich, I expect it to be at least a little half right.
