Joined the rewards program, made a purchase that day. Was delicious. Redeemed my free sandwich for my Birthday, meatball this time, with loaded potato soup. Was absolutely amazing. Best meatball sub I have ever had.

If Google says you get a free Medium Birthday sub, than you should. Signed up for your rewards system & it gave me this message. Do better Firehouse. You should honor a walk in for a free sub if it's their birthday and they've signed up. Not require a 1 dollar purchase and make them wait year. What a convenient and corporatey way of thinking customer service skills through.
