The atmosphere is always friendly and the food is always delicious
Our first time experiencing Firehouse Subs yesterday in Alexandria, La. It first started out great for ordering and timeframe of the food. What we didn't like was how the workers treated a door dasher that obviously needed help with receipt about getting the chips and how many bags. The lady that was wearing at pink shirt was the rudeness of all. She came around the counter with an attitude and pick up cookies or sauce they have on the counter and throwed in the bag so hard. Orders took a bit longer to prepare but it was worth the wait. I used red zone card coupon to get a free sandwich. Thanks for participating in the fundraiser for high school
