We decided to check out firehouse when we unexpectedly gained a new kitty. They were so friendly and knowledgeable that we have decided we will not go to the corporate stores to get our kitty food anymore. We even ended up picking another kitty out of their adoption room to add to our family. Owning 2 small businesses and knowing I'm dependent on my customers to shop local owned helped make my initial decision, but the experience here is what caused my final one.

These folks are amazing! Great products, wonderful advice and they truly want to be sure you and you furry loves are satisfied. I always feel welcome and appreciated when I visit the shop.

We took our poppy girl in to get groomed today and absolutely fell in love with this shop. It has endless amounts of treats and goodies to look at. We will be bringing all 3 doggies back to pick out a Christmas present here soon ❤️

We took our dog Boss in to The Firehouse Pet Shop today to check out their dog washing stations and do some shopping. This place is first class. We went downstairs to the washing room and were greeted by a very helpful employee. She showed us around, took us through all the available cleaning products, and showed us how everything worked. Yesterday was my first time in Firehouse. It was great! Took my dog in to be groomed. She did exactly what I asked her to do, and I could tell he wasn't stressed when I picked him up! It was fun looking at all the cool stuff they have. Made a appointment for my other dog. Really friendly, good people!
