Love visiting Firehouse Pet Shop. Super friendly staff and wonderful products. The kitties are always fun to visit.

Came in this morning because our pup turns one today, and of course she needs a birthday cake! The staff was so helpful and the shop was very clean!! We will definitely shop there again!!

When I came into Firehouse, I had three small children and a service dog. The staff was SO friendly, helpful, and patient. They made me feel like my circus was welcome— passing out fire truck hats to the kids and letting them hug on the stuffed animals— while I attended to grooming our service dog. You've gain a lifelong customer.

Took my granddaughters to bathe our Sheltie and it was such a wonderful experience! First time, will continue to go back! Excellent customer service! The girls ages 1 and 8 had fun getting into the firehouse to help bathe our dog! Loved that they took our photo! Rudy Zavala

We LOVE Firehouse and their wonderful staff. We used to go to Petco for nail trimmings but after a bad clip, and a terrible infection, I didnt think my little man would ever let anyone do his nails again.. but the amazing team at FHPS had those suckers clipped so quick he didn't have time to make a yip! We are also a raw fed pack, which many people turn up their nose to; the staff here are extremely knowledgeable on the products they carry and assisted us in finding the perfect raw diet. Always friendly staff, great customer service and quality products in a fun, clean store. I took my dog to the self grooming area for the first time the other day, it was pretty awesome! They have all the right tools to get the job done and I appreciate employees help in getting me set up to wash him. The kids always have fun there too!

Superior and knowledgeable customer service. We actually had fun bathing our big, dirty,hairy beast of a dog. Reasonable prices, all inclusive and no clean-up! The bulk treat area is a must visit.
