Nothing but positive experiences here! The groomers were unbelievably kind, calm, and patient with my dog when he had a meltdown and refused to stop wriggling during a nail trim. The self-wash dog spa is always our first stop after a long hiking or camping trip; the space is clean and well stocked with towels and a wide variety of high quality grooming products, which makes getting the trail dirt off my dog easy. I took my dog for a bath today for the first time and I absolutely loved it! The place was so clean and the staff are so welcoming. The price was great, and the option to have nails cut too was awesome. I couldn't believe how nice it was. Definitely going back!

This review is a long time coming, finally got the time to tell how wonderful everyone is. I took my cat Fatboy to their Caturday grooming. He's a long hair and gets these big mats that are impossible to get out since he won't let you. He's a very mild mannered cat except when it comes to razors and clippers. He freaks. But the ladies that did his lion cut were so awesome with him. Love this place! They are so helpful and care about the people and pets in the community! My dogs met a skunk for the first time, Firehouse went out of their way to help me! I was at a loss and naseous from the smell. Thank you. Also that they open early!
