The character of the Firehouse Inn is like nothing else I have seen. it is so inviting and I love the historical aspect of it. it is located in Barre, VT which has a character of it's own. Check in was interesting because you go right into the Ladder One restaurant and someone at the bar takes care of you. They were all so accommodating and allowed me to check out at 11 instead of 10.
