Poor pooor
Poor workmanship at a commercial job site. We had to call them back multiple times to make repairs. It took over 4 months just to get them to return and place caps on the fence. Then we also did a small job for THEM and were told to invoice them directly. I did and it’s been over a year now that we still haven’t received payment on a $350 invoice. I had Firehouse come and build a fence, it was a horrible decision I wouldn't recommend to anyone. One of the gates they installed doesn't latch, they've tried to fix there mistake 4times and it still doesn't latch! $5000 for a fence that won't keep my dogs in unless I prop the gate closed.
Wow, what can I say, I’ve never felt with a business that treats it’s paying customers like this. Non responsive, late, and unprofessional. Ended up having to terminate the contract and going with someone else who could actually do what they promised.
