What was my experience you ask! I wouldn't know. I rode my bike from Gladstone to Blue Springs just to have them cancel my appointment 20 minutes before with a "my kid is sick" excuse. I am in the automotive industry and this is no excuse. If your business hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday, then that's what your open. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau. What a ridiculous experience.
They did a great job detailing the inside of my truck. Removed various kinds of stains from cloth back seat and front console.
