Our bartender was absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive even while her family came in for a short visit. In addition to her great service, she suggested a great tasting Amber Ale when there wasn't an IPA available and shared the history of the building with us.
they charged my buddy 10 dollars for a red bull and the lady was awful
My wife and I split the schnitzel dinner and each of us had a side salad. That left us room for the pinwheel chocolate cake. Amazing.

Unacceptably dry brisket, your put master should be ashamed, and horrible service.
Fire caps (cheesy stuffed mushrooms) and fish tacos are fantastic. Smokin' Betty (smoked beer) is an interesting flavor (in a good way!). The bread pudding was delightful. And yes, it's a converted firehouse in downtown Rapid City SD.
