The Firehouse Brewing Company has been crafting beer in South Dakota for 25 years - making us the oldest operating brewery in the state. Food was ok, and beer was alright. However they were super busy. It seemed as though they were mass producing the food.
It started off great our server was very attentive. He even offered us to try the buffalo burger cooked medium, as we've had a bad experience with buffalo meat before. Burgers were tasty but no 1/2 lb as stated. The server then forgot to bring half of our 2 meals. He stated I can't multi-task...(maybe wrong profession?) finally second part came to meal but we were already done. Asked for a bag to bring it home...he said I'll be right back with that...he never came back...plus side the kids liked the fire hats...
I would recommend this place to anyone and especially to first responders and firefighters just for the historical scenery, items and patches! Also, the pork schnitzel was great 👍🏼

Restaurant is inside a former fire-station Nice atmosphere and old firemen tools and equipment exposed make it kinda special too
The food was excellent but dining in a real firehouse was the best!

I was very impressed by Firehouse Brewing Company. A great atmosphere, awesome full-bodied amber ale, great food, and my server Kayla was a sweetheart! If I am ever in the area again I will definitely be back!
