I swung in tonight after the Wednesday market for a quick take out dinner. I was skeptical when I was told that their loaded baked potato could feed three. I stand corrected. I should probably eat crow but I'm so stuffed that I couldn't possibly eat another bite. Their baked beans were the best I've ever had. Better than moms. First time at the new location, so glad they are doing well, as it means they will be around for a long time! Always get the brisket and ribs, but dang, the baked potatoes are soooooo tempting.
The Best Barbecued full rack & peach cobbler in Alaska plus the owners are a class act! We are blessed to have them.

First time eating at Firehouse. I had the loaded baked potato and sweet ice.tea, it was excellent. I liked.that you get to put your own bbq sauce on the meat, from their selectioni of sauces, according to your own taste. Thanks Terry and Michele.
In Namibia we know and appreciate good ribs. This place rates in my top 10 places for the best rack of ribs around. Had to travel halfway around the world to eat it, but certainly worth the trip
