Stopped in today for the first time. Took home a smoked rotisserie chicken, it was very tender, juicy and the best we have ever had!!!! We will be back!

Joe took great care of us. Their BBQ was delicious as always and the service was great. The new location appears to be working out well. Their phone was ringing off the hook with to-go inquiries so don't be alarmed if it looks empty inside. We didn't need to put any sauce on our meat, and they don't smother stuff in sauce and call it BBQ either. Just come by when the smoker is going and you can smell it from across the parking lot and know it's the real deal. Thank you Terry for bringing real Texas BBQ to Soldotna.
Absolutely luved the food n service and the wonderful picture with the firefighter hat for my birthday topped it off thanx n we will be eating there again I know ��; the BEST sweet tea ever, and toolisious fried pickles along with fried okra to die for woop woop to the Firehouse BarBQ �
