Firefox installed our wood stove insert one week ago. They were extremely friendly both at the time of the estimate and installation. They were one of the few companies that did not have a wait list in October when we called for an estimate. We were able to get our stove installed in a little over a month. Great staff! Knowledgeable, hardworking & friendly crew. After getting 3 quotes for chimney work I decided on FireFox. I have a construction design background so I’m familiar with the work that needed to be completed but I am not the professional. FireFox provided a quote on the work that needed to be done. One quote came in to completely rebuild my chimney, another estimate said the chimney brick work wasn’t urgent (when indeed it was). Seemed knowledgeable but service call outrageous. $225 for a 10 minute ride to the house. Stove needed a connection cleaned. No parts required. In and out in a few minutes. Feel we paid too much
